Adult & High School Hat Session - December 30, 2023, 9am to 12pm
From 9am to noon on December 30th we will be hosting a Hat Session at the indoor turf field at RIM Park for both experienced and newer players to focus on their throwing technique, and then we will split into scrimmages. What better way to close out the year! Please bring a disc if you have one, water bottle, and both a light and dark jersey to the hat session.
