Open Defense Marking Clinic: Tuesday April 8, 2025 6-8pm (Hosted by ORB)
Get your legs moving and work on your defense. ORB is hosting an Open clinic to work on defensive marking. We will run drills for the first hour and then scrimmage for the next hour to put that into practice.

The cost for the event is $15, and a 2025 WODS Membership is also required to attend. The membership (purchased separately here) costs an additional $10 but is valid for all WODS leagues and events throughout 2025. If you purchase your membership now, you won’t need to pay the membership fee again for any other leagues/events this year. NOTE: If you are a regular rostered player in the Winter 2025 Friday Night 4v4 league, you were already granted a membership as it was included in the team registration this year. You do not need to purchase another membership***
