WODS Friday Speed 5x5 League
Same 5-on-5 format as in past years - 3M/2F gender ratio, 1h 25min games
Subs on the fly, stall count goes to 8, 5-minute halftime, 1 time out per half
Foot blocks in unless captains agree otherwise

14 week season with 13 weeks of play - No games on Friday March 17th (St. Patrick's Day)
Cost is $900 per team including $50 deposit
All payments can be made via e-transfer to treasurer@wods.ca
$50 deposit due upon registration
The deposit can be paid via PayPal (using a PayPal account or a credit card) or via e-transfer
Once your deposit has been received your team profile will be created and you can start building your roster
Team captains will be notified on Dec 10th to confirm their team is in and request full payment
The $50 deposit is fully refundable
Full payment is due Dec 16th @ 11:59pm
The remaining $850 payment can be made via e-transfer, or contact treasurer@wods.ca to discuss alternate arrangements - Late payments are subject to a $25 charge
