Fall Bantam (9-13) and Juniors (14-18) League
WODS will be offering youth programming for 8 Sundays for the Fall of 2025!
This program is intended to introduce and develop youth in ultimate frisbee in a fun and safe environment, and help prepare athletes for the new year. Activities will be appropriate for beginners and more experienced players, with a high ratio of coaches to youth: we intend for everyone to have a tailored experience. All programming is offered in accordance with provincial regulations for youth sport.
Format:
⢠One 8 week session on Sunday afternoons
⢠Bantam: ages 9-13 (48 spots, 6 teams)
Teams will play 4v4
⢠Juniors: ages 14-18 (48 spots, 4 teams (TBD))
Teams will play 6v6 (TBD)
⢠Parents with (any level of) ultimate experience sought as coaches! This will give you $20 off your registration. (TBD if this holds for Juniors.)
⢠September 7 until October 26
⢠3pm â 4:30pm
⢠Location: Woodside Park, 115 Woodside Ave, Kitchener, ON N2M 1A1
⢠$60 per player (TBD)
⢠Fee assistance is available for players who would like to participate in WODSâ youth programming but who may not have the financial means to do so. Please contact Jon, our president, at president@wods.ca for more information.
Registration:
To register a dependent in this program who is not in our system you must:
1. Make sure that you have selected Parent/Guardian in your account profile. To check this go to your profile page and click the pencil icon to edit your profile. Then select âParent/Guardianâ from the list if it isnât already selected, scroll to the bottom and click âsubmitâ.
2. Add a child to your profile.
3. Select the child you would like to register to âAct Asâ them either from your home screen in Zuluru or in the link in the above paragraph which sits immediately under the league title.
4. Fill out the registration on behalf of your child.
