Format: Co-ed 4v4 Round robin with playoffs. 'Quebec' Rules ultimate (2M : 2F).

Game Times: 9:30-10:25 am OR 10:30-11:25 am
Location: CORE Lifestyle & Recreation Complex, Kitchener
Cost: $465 per team
*All payments can be made via email money transfer to: treasurer@wods.ca. Once a registration has been received, the team will have 2 weeks to submit their payment for the season. If payment is not received within 2 weeks, the team's spot may be given to a team on the league waiting list.
